Convenient location, close to restaurants and ski center. Reliable ski shuttle service. Quiet and cosy accommodations. Well-equipped kitchen for cost-saving meals. Free shuttle to the lift. Friendly and responsive host. Nice wood-themed room. Clean and comfortable. Accessible to Zillertal Arena.

This hotel offers great value for money and has amazing views from the rooms. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to the ski bus and Zillertaller train, as well as being very close to the beautiful Ziller river.
All was great, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and bars, and within proximity to the ski bus and train. I was able to reach the Hoch Zillertall ski area with ease. The hotel offered a shuttle service that was very convenient and always on time. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the staff was always friendly and available.

the location was perfect - it was very close to the Ziller river and the ski bus stop, making it convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms had amazing views and were well-maintained. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh coffee.
All in all, everything was fantastic during my stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, close to good restaurants and not far from the ski area. the ski shuttle was a big plus. the room was cosy and very clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette. the bathroom was modern and spacious. Breakfast was basic but good quality. We loved the sauna complex and the ski room. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The WiFi could be a bit temperamental at times.

The scenery surrounding the hotel was stunning, with miles of breathtaking views. The free shuttle service was convenient and saved us a lot of time. the room was beautifully decorated, which made us feel right at home.
The staff was far from accommodating. When we arrived, they seemed disinterested and it was evident they didn't want to be bothered.
